Well...my little foyer and hallway are finally done. I really wanted to do the infamous KWID trellis paper, but way above my budget. I did find this great paper that's so similar and I love it! My husband added the millwork because we have children. I don't think the paper would hold up very long with my son's little hands running up and down the stair hall...I am very happy with the results and I thought you might like to see it too!
GREAT job! Looks fabulous!
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it! I'm so excited that you stopped by...thanks!
ReplyDeleteReally wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThanks for lovely comment on my blog Mimi.
The embellished silk dress you asked about, is by Malene Birger. Hope this helps.
Lovely week.
Your wallpaper looks divine!!! x
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. How beautiful! There's a nice interplay between the trellis pattern paper and your Wainscoting. Wow. It's refreshing. I love it. I'm a huge proponent of green/white as a combo, too. And - if you hadn't told me I wouldn't have known it wasn't Kelly's infamous paper. It's quite similar. Kudos to your talented hubby for the millwork. Very smart thinking with a little one. No matter how much you try, they just love touching walls. LOL!
ReplyDeleteYour new hallway is stunning Mimi!!! Green and white is such a perfect combination..LOVE IT!! Ax
ReplyDeleteOMG mimi, i LOVE it!! and your husband's millwork is awesome!! love, love, love!!
ReplyDeleteStunning Mimi - aren't you so clever and stylish! xxx
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog because I saw ac comment that you posted regarding a Bob Collins & Sons design that I was viewing (Bamboo & Birds used by KW) and that it was quite pricey! Anyways, I love the paper you have used in your hallway and was wondering if you could point me in the right direction. I would love to know what you used. We have a very small entrance-way in a 1950's home in Florida and I think that something like this would look perfect. Any advice you can provide is much appreciated. Thanks. Leslie
